The information which you have provided in connection with this application will be disclosed to lenders for the purpose of considering this credit application. Lenders may use this information to carry out searches with credit reference agencies. A record of those searches will be kept and may be used by other lenders in assessing applications from all parties and also those of confirmed financially connected associates. Lenders will cross check this information with other lenders to prevent fraud and may use the information for statistical and marketing purposes.

• Give you access to a formal complaints procedure should you become unhappy with our service

• Tell us as much as possible about your income and outgoings, to enable us to properly assess how much you can afford & sustain
• Let us know about changes that might affect your ability to repay a finance product
• Let us know if there is any aspect of our service, or of a product we have discussed or recommended that you don't understand
• Tell us if you think there are ways we can improve our service
